HELOC in Rhode Island

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to open a HELOC on my primary residence in Smithfield, RI. Does anyone know any good banks or cu's that offer the lowest rates, highest LTV and $0 initial draw? Im looking online at Pawtucket CU, Washington Trust and BRI. Does anyone have any experience with these lenders?

I'd like to add, does anyone have any experience with the online lenders like Quicken Loans, Rocket Mortgage, or others?

 I used Pawtucket credit for my 2 unit multifamily. They have the best rate compared to other credits unions in Rhode Island.
