Gold Harbor Investments LLC

Zach Ramirez
Posted

Hey there,

Recently I reached out to peeps on my social medias asking about hard money lenders. I got a pretty quick response from a gentleman in one of the groups on FB.

His name is Eric Harbor and he is the owner of GOLD HARBOR INVESTMENTS LLC based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The terms seem really good, especially for right now, and I cannot find any reviews or feedback from anyone working with this company or the owner.

I'm hoping that someone here has some information about this guy/company? Anything would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Zach

@Stephan Kraus  in Nevada you MUST be a licensed NMLS mortgage lender end of that story.. just look the company up on

https://www.nmlsconsumeraccess...   put in the name of the company or the individual.. if they are not licensed then they are not real.. at least in Nevada  Oregon CA etc.

for fun you can pop my name in ..  its all public record..

99% of those on social media are scammers plain and simple..  unless you actually know them or know someone who personally knows them to be real.  But in Nevada as I said NO one is real if they dont have a license.
