After reaching out to Mr. Harbor and letting him know I was skeptical, he didn't respond to me. 

If it's too good to be true, it probably is! Dang it.

Hey there, I recently decided to send an email in hopes of becoming one of Jerry Norton's mentees. Upon 2 phone interviews I was offered a spot on the very small team of about 8 people that Jerry would take under his wing and show 'em how he does business.

It costs $4997.00, but that will be reimbursed by Jerry's part of the 50/50 profit from your fist (and only) Wholesale deal you get to do with him.

Has anyone actually ever done this program before and got reimbursed, etc?

@Jay Hinrichs Thanks for the website! I looked up "Eric Harbor" in its own search and came back with 5 pages of people whereas when I typed in your name I only got two results and I'm assuming they are both you being that one is your name and the other is your business! Then, I typed in "Gold Harbor Investments" etc etc.. multiple searches came back with NO RESULTS. Every other search I did came back with sooomething each time except this site.

Thanks again, guys! My gut was telling me NO anyway, but you guys helped seal the deal.

Recently I reached out to peeps on my social medias asking about hard money lenders. I got a pretty quick response from a gentleman in one of the groups on FB. 

His name is Eric Harbor and he is the owner of GOLD HARBOR INVESTMENTS LLC based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The terms seem really good, especially for right now, and I cannot find any reviews or feedback from anyone working with this company or the owner.

I'm hoping that someone here has some information about this guy/company? Anything would be greatly appreciated!
