Impact on Credit Score

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the site and real estate investing. What is the usual impact on your credit score after obtaining a mortgage and how long does it usually take to rebound? For those of you that are acquiring multiple deals a year or month; how do you address this hurdle? Do you obtain a large enough line of credit to avoid multiple hits to your credit?
