Refinancing Low Cost Homes

I recently purchased a property for $33K cash. Property is in pretty decent shape and is currently occupied for $925. I’d like to pull my money back out but I can’t find anywhere that is willing to give a loan that small. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

@Justin Wroblewski I have heard this several times and am not understanding lenders not lending on a small note. Are you using big name guys, if so, a local small community bank may be a great fit. Do you own the property outright? If so, again a small local bank could probably help you out.

Hope this helps.
