Second mortgage on home in Northern Virginia?

I am offering a second mortgage on my home in Northern Virginia. I don’t need to worry about title insurance. What would I need to do to record that there is a second mortgage (from a private lender) on the home?

This would be in Prince William County. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
