Looking for a refinance for LLC in NJ
Hello. I just started using the BRRRR method. Having trouble finding a refinance lender for an LLC.
Preferably, I would like a lender that does purchase, rehab and refinance for LLC owned properties in NJ.
If not, then just the refinance piece, for when I already have hard money for the purchase and rehab. I’m looking for a 25-30 year term.
I prefer a local lender but I appreciate any suggestions.
