Hello. I just started using the BRRRR method. Having trouble finding a refinance lender for an LLC.

Preferably, I would like a lender that does purchase, rehab and refinance for LLC owned properties in NJ.

If not, then just the refinance piece, for when I already have hard money for the purchase and rehab. I’m looking for a 25-30 year term.

I prefer a local lender but I appreciate any suggestions.

I'm in NJ, created parent LLC and will create dub llcs for properties. Unexpected opportunity came up to buy in PA. Do I need a parent and sub LLC in PA? Do I need to pay for a registered agent in PA?
