Non QM loans/ DSCR loans Arkansas

So I have a property that's a fairly nice property in Arkansas that has I'm thinking of refinancing. The challenge is finding a NoneQM DSCR loan for a property in a low populated area. Any pointers or suggestions in finding one would be highly appreciated.
