Sub-To with Back End Seller Financing?

Hello everyone.

I have a tricky question.  I have the opportunity to buy a property outside of St. Louis in Illinois Subject To.  I then have someone who is asking me if I would be willing to do a seller financed loan to them.  Does anyone have any insight on whether this could even be done?  Thanks.

That is essentially what I do. You can see an overview at

Good post and I appreciate the simplicity of this. I’m hopeful to do my first deal outside of lenders soon!
