Is there any program, bank, private lender would do refinancing on primary residence without income verification?
my debt is $500K, current market value $1.4M,  so equity is $900K…

Any advice is appreciated

Primary residence loans that are not the usual product backed by the government are called "non qualified mortgages" aka non-qm.

non-qm providers can be more creative like using bank statements instead of pay stubs, but I can't think of anyone that does not do income verification. That's how they know you'll pay it back, which is kind of important to people giving you money. 😁
