Yes.  There are what's called Community Programs what will allow primary resident transactions with no income verification at all.  I work with a lender who does these on 30yr Fixed.  Rates are much higher than conventional, but it is an option for those who need it.  What state are you looking to purchase in?  I am licensed in a few for these, but if it is not in one of them, I have others in my brokerage who may be able to help.

Cheers!

Awesome !! Thank you for advice @Nick Belsky
I knew Always way to get things done.

@Rizki Setia It's 100% negotiable. The down payment, the interest rate, the amortization schedule, whether or not there's a balloon pay off date.

Thank you Doug!

Quote from @Erik Estrada:

There is a few programs as mentioned on the non qm side.

in some instances, only a CPA letter would be needed to verify income. You can also do a 12 month bank statement program or if you have plenty of assets, an asset depletion program may work.

Hey Erik
thank you for the reply, I will consider your suggestion and probably if you don’t mind, will get in touch with you directly since you’re a lender.
I always believe there’s ways, I don’t accept when people say NO
appreciate it!

Better to put your money to another multi family not into your own property, not only you grow your investment property and you will be better for your taxes if you have an investment property!!

Is there any program, bank, private lender would do refinancing on primary residence without income verification?
my debt is $500K, current market value $1.4M,  so equity is $900K…

Any advice is appreciated

Hi BP,

I am purchasing $250K condo and the owner willing to give seller financing (the owner never done seller financing).
what’s is best to structure owner financing? Is that same like financing to the bank (20 percent down and interest) or any better way?
