Seller Financing Deal
Hi I am new Investor and I am ready to put an offer on a multifamily property where seller is offering seller financing. The terms are 400,000 to take care of his existing debt.3 years 6% interest only payment and 600,000 Balloon payment in the end . The property is million dollars. Its 36 units .Please advise
