Lending on a Note

I sold a rental as an owner-financed deal. Does anyone know of lenders that will use the note I have on a house as collateral for a loan to invest in another property?

@Olutomi Odukoya thanks for the post.  Always great to hear from a fellow Texan.  First, banks WILL lend on notes.  Admittedly, not ALL banks will do this but the RIGHT banks will.  Try Texas Bank Mortgage –  They have been in this space for a while now.  Haven't spoken with them in a few months but try them.  Also, are you connected to the San Antonio real estate investor groups?  This is a pretty good question for some local investors in your area.  If you haven't plugged in yet, please do.  Lots of good resources are already available in your city.

Hope all of that makes sense.  Thanks!
