Closing costs for seller financing?
Looking to utilize creative financing for a potential purchase as the seller is open to it. Was curious as to what closing costs there are with seller financing and if there is a ballpark figure or percentage to budget for?
Also, are there any different steps to take/things to look out for when going the seller finance route?
