Structuring a seller financing deal

Ismail Sogbaike
Posted

I’m wholesaling and I’ve got a seller that wants to seller finance but unsure of what terms to apply to the deal.

Does anyone know how to structure a creative deal to work.

@Ismail Sogbaike usually if the seller is open to seller financing that means that they provide the terms...are you saying that they want you to give them the terms of the loan that they will grant you?  If so, then make it a 100 year loan at 0%.
