80% LTV Cashout Refi on Rental
Does anybody know if it's possible to cash out refinance at 80% LTV on a rental property?

@Matthew Woller yes, it is completely possible to do this with certain loan types depending on your property, etc. You may not actually WANT to go to 80% when you see the terms...but it is possible.
