DSCR, Rural, STR, Log Cabin

I work for a wholesale broker and have a client that is looking to purchase a short term rental in NC on approx 1 acre. The problem I keep running into is finding a lender who will allow a rural STR. We also need to confirm the build style but appears to be a log cabin. Borrower is very experienced with over 800+ credit score. Any suggestions?

Yea this one is tough, but I may have a lender that can help with rural properties. We would just need to confirm her experience as an STR investor.
