Supplemental Rehab Financing

Hello All:

Well, here I find myself in a situation that I hoped I would not be in despite my best efforts. I've started a rehab on a SFH and after getting into the project, I've discovered a handful of things that will most certainly push me over budget on my rehab leaving me short of funds. Now, I have not run out of money yet....I am just trying to get ahead of this before this does happen. I am already over-leveraged into the project with LOC's and such, therefore I am looking for ideas for other sources of cash to supplement my current rehab loan to be able to get me across the finish line. I am an experienced flipper, and I got into this deal with plenty of margin, so cashflowing out of it at the end is not a concern, but I need the liquid cash to get it there. I do have a couple of other options that are not attractive and would be "last resort" kinds of plays that I really don't want to entertain.

Any ideas/resources anyone has would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
