Looking to do 60/30/10 loans in Florida
My portfolio lender is willing to let me into properties with only 10% down if I can keep them around 60%. This leaves me with the remaining 30% to finance. Are there many sources out there for this money given that they will have to take a second position?
I'm willing to do shorter terms, interest only, higher rates, or whatever it takes to make deals happen this way.
This would be in Central Florida.
