@Gon Eisenberg @Marcel Theisen Did either of you secure the financing you were looking for? I would love another opportunity to discuss how colony american finance can provide financing. Our loans are very competitive, we have a borrower first mentality and have closed over $2 Billion of loans in the last 30 months.

@Edward B. We now offer loans for single assets as well with a 30yr term fixed rate.

I just closed a blanket loan on 4 properties in NC with Lima One. Not sure what kind of rates/terms you are looking for but I obviously felt it was good enough. I was not thrilled but I felt it was competitive to commercial loans when you factor in the fact that they are 30yr fixed with no balloon.
