Chicken or the egg?? No seriously...I am in the process of looking for my first buy and hold. My question is do I find a property first and then go for funding or get pre approved/qualified for funding and then find property. Thank you for any advice. John Daniello

Traditional Financing: 20% or more down, Pers Guarantees, Credit, Ability to Pay the Loan, etc.

Creative Financing: Private Lending, JV Partner Financing, Sub2, Lease Option, Installment Sales Contract, etc.
