Is there a way to structure a partial seller carry with an underlying lien outside of a wrap, lease option, or contract for deed?...

For example, a property with a 50% mortgage balance to be used as a long term hold (normally, I would structure a purchase money mortgage for free and clear properties and set a long amortization schedule with a balloon)...unsure how this can work when there is an underlying lien...
