Where to go for financing?

Hello,

I'm a real estate investor from New Zealand, who is looking to make some acquisitions in the US market (east coast).

I've found that since I'm a foreigner with a) no US credit score, b) no US income/assets and c) no SSN most banks get terrified at the sight of me! So I'm looking for some ideas, I've been approached by a couple of people already but I'm just wanting to survey my options as to where I can go from here. Any advice would be helpful!

Look up @Matt Lineberger from Lima one capital. I'm an investor from Australia and while I'm not sure if they could help you they certainly helped me! Great to deal with and seemed to be one of my only options.
