@Brandon Sturgill They specialize in unique financial situations, so I believe it's a conventional loan under their system.

I've been working with FNBA (First National Bank of America) based up in Michigan. I've so far found them very good to work with, with decent LVR's and small minimum loan sizes. Their rates... aren't the best, but hey you can't have it all! ;)

Hi BP Team,

I'm an OOS investor based in New Zealand, who is interesting in picking up some properties and exploring the Cincinnati market.

If anyone has recommendations of good realtors or area experts, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks in advance.

Anywhere Florida is well known for its tourism and I think that is why it attracts foreign investments but it is not favored by US investors now.

I would be curious to hear your thougths.

Cheers.

Primary reason being that there's a good amount of people in the area skilled with foreign ownership - from banks, to property managers, etc. I'm always open to alternatives though! Feel free to sell me on Houston.

Investor from Napier, NZ here.

I've never heard of this personally, I know all NZDF housing is owned by a trust that's then owned by the government. Maybe this is some side-thing providing overflow housing?

Most privately owned military rentals would be in Waioru, or in Trentham. They would certainly not be on some kind of deal whereby the govt sublets them to military staff though.

Hi everyone,

Napier based investor here, looking in the US market with the new LVR rules in place.

Happy to talk or network with other NZ investors working in the US market.

Hi everyone,

Just spoke over the phone with them and just got pushed for capital investment in his project, wish you the best of luck but if you want capital be-upfront about it, don't pretend to be a newbie when your dad is an experienced developer.

Hi Zamasu,

My biggest recommendation - link up with your local Property Investors Association: http://www.nzpif.org.nz/

If you want to speak with me that'd be fine, but I think that there is nothing like this for investing locally in NZ. If you want some local advice though, let me know. Maybe we can set up a call?
