Portfolio Lenders for Investors

I help many investors with their conventional financing and have some great lenders that I refer and work with. However, when it comes to commercial or blanket loans, I have only worked with a couple lenders so far and their results are ok. Does anyone recommend any other portfolio lenders that will do a blanket mortgage after an investor has bought their 10?
