Rent to Own with Pool
I posted before asking about options for a rental with a pool. I've decided to sell the house rent to own. My question is, is there anything special I need to do regarding the pool? Any wording in the contracts that can absolve me, or is that something I don't need to worry about with a rent to own since they intend to purchase the property? Thanks all!

@Jesse Holshouser I would ask this question in a different forum. I think you are asking more of a legal/liability question and you might be more responses in "Financial, Tax, and Legal" or maybe even "General Real Estate" under "rental discussion". Try that to see if you can get more specific answers. Maybe even use North Carolina in your header since rules to this sort of thing could be different from state-to-state.
