deferred financing mortgage illinois

I have a SFR in illinois that i paid cash for. I renovated it and its been rented for 2 months.

Im looking to refi cash out, and Iv heard about a product called deferred financing,

anybody does that in illinois?

Listen to @Zack Karp - he knows his stuff, in fact I just closed on the exact same thing,  a delayed financing mortgage,  last Friday with him. He and his staff (especially Alexandria) are top notch!
