Sorry for the late response but I have used Renovo Financial for many deals and they always come thru and close on time as scheduled. Reach out to Eric Workman and/or his right hand Daniella and you won't be disappointed. I've done millions of dollars of business with them and have never once been disappointed.

@Jonathan Klemm and I'm the opposite, I love Elgin and avoid Chicago! 

This is an example of how REI is great for everyone and can fit individual needs and wants and there is no one way to make things work in this industry.

Seems like they haven't changed at all - for anyone in the markets that they lend in, for anyone in the Chicagoland or Illinois market reach out to Eric Workman at Renovo Financial. I have done probably 40+ loans with them and they are TOP NOTCH, I have never missed a closing date with them as a lending partner by my side.

@Jonathan Klemm thanks for the mention and hello @Kyle Barazowski. I'm in the Elgin area but invest pretty much anywhere within 30 minutes of there. I'd be happy to meet and have a conversation as I always enjoy meeting like minded people in REI and we are pretty close to each other. In fact we are starting on a renovation in Schaumburg today with another investor/friend of mine @Christle Stezskal that I've met though networking. 

My crew is doing the work on the couch house in Schaumburg and Christle handled the acquisition side of it on this deal. I am currently out of the country but should be back in about 10 days or so and would be happy to meet with you and show you around any projects that we have going on if you are interested. In the meantime I am sure Christle will respond and perhaps show you the project in your own back yard if she has time before I return.
