Looking for a bank in ct that will do a fha loan on a multi family property. I currently own 2 multi familys financed with va loans. They are all fully rented. Also, if this will be even possible?

No problem, as long as you are going to owner occupy one of the units for at least a year.

What @Wayne Brooks said --- the only restriction is that you can only have one FHA loan at a time, and that you owner occupy for one year.
