Hard Money Lender-Draw requests, Working full time

Hello,

Can someone share their tips on how they managed to juggle working full time and overseeing a renovation and scheduling an inspector for draw requests.

I would think it might get overwhelming and was wondering if someone had figured out a good process? Project manager?

@Rigo V. - having a flexible job helps where you can come in early so you can leave a bit or early, or come in late and stay late. Start packing lunch if you don't already and do work on your lunch. Otherwise, as long as you have a decent GC, you can do site visits before and after work to check in on the progress.  Then as far as the draw inspectors, I have scheduled several appointments late in the day 4pm, 5pm 5:30pm. I have even had a couple on Saturday. Its manageable working a fulltime job.
