Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find ways to finance my apartment complex, I love the Fannie Mae multifamily loan product. However. I don't meet the net worth requirement or liquidity. Are there ways for me to meet those requirements without having a partnership?

@Brian Garrett unfortunately for the rest of you they are only in WI. It is a small regional bank. They actually found me through our local 'landlords association' where they were reaching out to investors. They are actually about 90 minutes  away so I am not sure if I would have found them otherwise. The guy we work with is also an investor himself which really helps when talking over possible deals.
