Louisiana Agent looking to do first flip

I have been a realtor for over 16 years. Have redone a few houses, for family, friends, and an investor. It has been a dream for me to flip houses, but I am not in a position financially to do so. Is there a way to fund a flip with 100% financing? I had a partner(financial investor) but he backed out on me. Any suggestions on lenders, companies, investors?

@Petra Harper Hey Petra! I'm an Investor and REIA owner not too far from you in Slidell. Private lenders are some of the only ways to find 100% funding. Especially if they're family, friends, or friends of family. Let me know if I can help as you venture more into the investing side of RE. Best of luck!
