Louisiana Agent looking to do first flip
I have been a realtor for over 16 years. Have redone a few houses, for family, friends, and an investor.
It has been a dream for me to flip houses, but I am not in a position financially to do so.
Is there a way to fund a flip with 100% financing?
I had a partner(financial investor) but he backed out on me.
Any suggestions on lenders, companies, investors?

Hey Petra! I'm an Investor and REIA owner not too far from you in Slidell.
Private lenders are some of the only ways to find 100% funding. Especially if they're family, friends, or friends of family.
