loan refinance and consolidation
I have five single family properties with five separate notes that I am planning to hold for a long time. I was considering the possibility of consolidating the notes into one note and taking the equity and using it to purchase an additional property. I was curious if anyone had any thoughts to the pros and cons of consolidating into one note.
