Beginner FHA loan co-signer

Peyton Pedersen
Posted
I’m a beginner in the real estate world, freshly out of college, so I don’t have a job history. I was wondering if when applying for an FHA loan, can your co-signer take care of the job history requirement?

You would have to check with your lender @Peyton Pedersen. It all depends on the co-signer and what the lending guidelines would require from you. Have you spoken with any loan officers?
