I have attempted to remove the original post, however Bigger Pockets does not allow me to do that. At the time of the original posting, I was frustrated. Since the original post, I have worked with Provision and we have worked out our differences.

Glad to hear you're starting out. I would suggest connecting with some members in SA to help point you in the right directions or neighborhoods and team contacts. You can find members through BP!
Thanks,
Dan

Amateur Vision would be a more appropriate name for these bunch of clowns. For a firm that is supposed to be elite, they fail to do most things properly. They failed to file proper extensions with the state, and they failed to timely file returns. Their communication is horrendous and they continuously apologize for their repeated failures, stating they will do better next time. Even after fines and penalties are issued, they refuse to accept responsibility and want to charge additional fees to correct their own errors. ProVision engages in deceptive and fraudulent billing. Deni Baldwin, the tax partner, is more interested in talking about her vacations at her lake house, rather than getting her job done. Of course, when you extort so much money from your clients, you can afford to constantly go on vacation. Her lackey, Josh McLellan, cannot provide answers in a coherent fashion and repeatedly apologizes for his constant delays. Working with ProVision as a HUGE MISTAKE and a regret that I unfortunately have to deal with. I would never refer any clients or customers to this outfit.

Hi @Nicholas Neto congrats on already taking some positive steps to move forward. While you are saving and learning, try to network with other local investors. You can attend REIA meetings and use this platform to connect with other Long Island investors. That should help while you are preparing to purchase anything.

Welcome to BP @Bien Nguyen! It sounds like you are getting a lot of information, which is a big plus. Have you gone to any local REIA meetings to connect with other investors?

Hi @Jacob Claxton There is a TON of information on wholesaling throughout this site. Browse the forums, use the Education resources and I'm sure that will give you a great start in wholesaling. Check out the podcasts too that have guests that delve into the topic.
The best way to find that is t connect with bankruptcy attorneys in the area you are looking ot work in. Let them know that you are looking to buy real estate and hopefully they can advise you when something comes in. A word of caution - you should be ready to perform and buy. If you do, you will likely get more opportunities. If not, you likely won't get another call. Same as in most endeavors. I hope that helps. Good luck @Michael Rashfal
