Starting out in San Antonio

Hi,

I am planning to start my investing journey in San Antonio (SA). I am primarily motivated by the low entry point of single family homes in SA. I observed there are quite a bit of new construction listings with builders offering incentives, particularly from builders like Lennar. What are your thoughts on investing in new construction?

I am also hoping to visit San Antonio in the coming weeks to check out some neighborhoods\subdivisions. Can you please suggest some that I should consider checking out?

Thank you for your help!

@Preston Dean we've seen a lot of them relax those restrictions as the market slowed down here
