Investment Property HELOCs - Columbus, Ohio
Hello fellow BPers!
I'm in Columbus, Ohio, and I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with lenders who offer HELOCs on investment properties, or know of any who may? I know they are much more difficult to come by than primary residence HELOCs, but have to imagine there are some lenders out there. Whether they are Columbus/Ohio based institutions or not, any insight is appreciated!
