Closed on Refinance and need some tips on where to invest

My gf and I closed on her house (now ours) after getting her ex husband off title and adding me in a refinance. She has about $75k in equity. We want to invest. What would some of you consider doing with some/all/or none of the equity when JUST GETTING into investing.  Tips??
