Hello,

I am looking for help with forming an operating agreement with a money partner. Can anyone help me understand what I should be looking for here, what kind of clauses there should be that are different from a standard operating agreement? The property is in Pennsylvania.

@Kyle Keller

If it’s one partner why not do it as a loan with a joint venture agreement? This is what we do and it makes it easier than having to own a business with someone
