Tax Benefits for adding Pool to your LLC

Hi folks, we recently started to build our pool in the backyard and was wondering if you have tax benefits if you add your pool to your LLC?

The business case is that we would either use the pool for:

1. Lease it out to a underwater photographer: maternity photos, to be married couples, etc.

2. Lease it for events such as parties, bbq's, gatherings, etc.
