Want to learn more about SDIRAs

I am new to this community and I am trying to learn more about how to finance real estate investments.  I recently learned about SDIRAs and want to explore this further as a way of buying real estate. 
Can anyone recommend a good podcast or book that talks about these types of IRAs?  Thank you!!!
