Property tax estimation

Am looking to buy a multi unit property in Columbus and trying to estimate what the property tax would be.

I checked in the Franklin county assessor website and was able to find a property tax estimator. Based on that estimator, with the current purchase price the property tax would be 3x of what is currently being paid.

This would completely kill the deal for me. Is the number from the estimator accurate or is there a better way to find out the the correct number. Also will the reassessment happen next year ? Any other strategies to handle this situation?
