Looking for cost segregation study recommendations for Corvallis, OR
We're looking to do a cost segregation study on our duplex in Corvallis. We'd appreciate any recommendations or prior experiences with companies which do this, rough cost, and any other useful information.

@Damon Silver There is a program that many accounting firms have access to that goes through a questionnaire and then develops the CS study for you. It costs $5-600 plus whatever your accountant charges for 30 minutes of his
/her time. I’ve used it for a number of properties and never had an issue. My accounting firm claims they have never had the results challenged. May or may not get you the same depreciation result that an expensive, full blown study does but it is a great option for lower cost properties IMO.
