50/50 partnership contract

I know we will need to go to a lawyer to finalize things, but does anybody have a contract/agreement that you have used when partnering with somebody on deals?

We are looking to go 50/50 on everything, but I know we need exit strategies and other things I have not even thought about put in writing. I know I would be headed in the right direction if somebody could send me an example.
