Set up LLP in Indianapolis

Hi BP,

Having read through some of the posts on BP and other articles on the internet, I am convinced that as a Canadian I should set up a LLP to buy real estate in US. I am currently looking at Indianapolis market. Can someone recommend an attorney who is familiar with setting up such structures for international investors? Thanks in advance.
