I am currently buying single family houses in Indianapolis with cash. I would like to do re-fiance or cash out once I hit 5-10 properties. Can someone recommend a couple of lenders that do this? Thanks in advance.

According to rentometer, the average rent in that area is only $800. Are you sure you will can get $1075 for this 3bd?

Hi BP,

Having read through some of the posts on BP and other articles on the internet, I am convinced that as a Canadian I should set up a LLP to buy real estate in US. I am currently looking at Indianapolis market. Can someone recommend an attorney who is familiar with setting up such structures for international investors? Thanks in advance.
