Curious about non-recourse loans....can anyone give a non-recourse loan?  Can I get a non recourse loan from anyone?

Please share your experience and your lender that you used....

@Bryan C.

We work with several nationwide lenders offering non-recourse financing for retirement account. I think they all have some sort of minimum loan amount, NASB has $50K minimum, there is at least one that can go lower but they probably also has some min. amount. You probably can find private lender willing to go with such small loan amount of $14K, but I doubt any of the banks will do it. You will end up paying significantly higher for private loan.
