Investor friendly RE Attorney

Hello BP, I'm searching for a good RE Attorney in the Washington area preferably close to the Redmond/Bellevue/Kirkland area. Is there one that someone could refer me to? I'm relatively new to REI and am looking to begin by wholesaling some properties to build capital for fix n flips in the future. I was told that RE Attorneys would have a packet of contracts (which I do not have yet) to buy. Thanks again BP
